Welcome to Small & Co, these terms and conditions apply to the use of this website. By accessing Small & Co's website and placing an order, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below:

Placing an order

When you select products you wish to purchase they will be added to your shopping cart. When you are ready to place your order your will be directed through the checkout process at which point you can choose your method of delivery and payment method (Paypal).  To place your order press the "Place Order" button at the checkout, at this point you will be obliged to make your payment. If you select pay by Paypal you will be directed to the Paypal payment gateway, When placing your order please select the postage option that suits your order. 

Order acceptance

Once we receive your order we will send you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered, this does not determine our acceptance of the contract. Once products are dispatched from Small & Co you will be notified by email and this will indicate the completion of a contract between you and us. This contract will be concluded in English.

Prior to dispatch we may cancel your order as a result of one of the following:

  • The product you ordered is not in stock.
  • The identification of a pricing or product description error.
  • A fraudulent transaction has been identified.
  • The wrong postage option has been selected

We will contact you via email if your order has been cancelled owing to one of the reasons above.

Oncce your order has been dispatched you will have 14 days to cancel the order, starting from the day after you have received it. Please see our returns policy.


All prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT at the current rate.

Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, however, changes will not affect orders where we have sent you a dispatch confirmation email.

In the case of a pricing error we reserve the right to cancel any order that has not been dispatched.

Availability of Products

All products are subject to availability. In the unlikely event your goods are unavailable we will contact you by phone or email at the earliest opportunity prior to despatching your order.

Description of Products

We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products on the website are correct. Although we aim to keep the website as up to date as possible, the information including product Descriptions appearing on the website may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order.


All payments are made through the Paypal Payment Gateway, we do not hold any debit or credit card details on our website or servers, for this reason we are unable to take credit or debit card payments over the phone.


We aim to dispatch orders within 3 - 10 days of receipt of payment when an order is placed during the working week. Please allow as much time as possible when ordering personalised items & remember to include time in transit. During busy times, the dispatch of personalised items may vary & we will notify you if there is likely to be a delay, offering you the option to wait or to receive a refund.

Reservation of Title

The risk of the products passes to the buyer upon delivery from the carrier but the title in the products remain vested in us and ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges. 


You should inspect the products upon receipt and check that everything is correct. You will be deemed to have accepted the order unless you notify us upon receipt that there is a problem or you cancel your order in accordance with your cancellation right and / or you return the products in accordance with our returns policy and procedure. If you fail to take such action, we are not obligated to accept any rejection by you of the products at a later date.

Returns & Refunds

In accordance with the distance selling regulations if you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the products to us within 14 working days. Products must be returned in their original packaging in a resaleable condition. Please note that we will not accept liability for loss of products being returned and we will not refund you the cost of returning goods to us so we recommend that the necessary insurance (Certificate of Posting or Recorded Delivery) be taken by you.

A full refund/exchange will be given on faulty Products or where an incorrect item(s) has been sent to you. Claims will only be settled after the faulty products have been returned with the nature of the fault clearly stated.

Voucher codes

We may at our discretion offer voucher codes and discount promotions. We reserve the right to withdraw any voucher code or discount promotion at any time.

Vouchers may only be redeemed through the website www.partyaccessorycompany.co.uk and not through any other website or method of communication.

To use your voucher you will be required to enter its unique code at the online checkout and use of such code will be deemed to confirm your agreement to these terms and conditions and any special conditions attached to the voucher. 

Any discounts attached to vouchers apply to the price of the products ordered only and not to delivery charges, which will be chargeable at normal rates. 

We reserve the right to exclude the use of voucher codes on specific products. 

We will not retrospectively apply voucher codes to orders which have been previously placed.


All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to The Party Accessory Company whether registered or unregisted. These works are protected by copyright laws and all such rights are reserved. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without our permission. You may not modify, delete, distribute or post anything on this website for any purpose.

If you post comments on the products to any website, blog or social media network you must ensure that such Commentary represents your fairly-held opinions.

Limitation of liability

No liability will be accepted for any injury loss or damage suffered as a result of the use of the Small & Co website or any products supplied by Small & Co.
