Delivery, Returns & Refund Policy
We aim to post your order within 3-10 days of receiving it . As explained in our terms and conditions, lead times on handmade personalised items may vary at busy times and we will inform you if there is likely to be a delay.
If your order weighs under 1kg it will be sent first (£4.00) or second (£3.00) class (you can choose at checkout which option you prefer) and will be with you in a couple of days. Occasionally, a bulky item can only be sent by courier...if this is the case, it will be indicated in the product description
All heavy or bulky orders over 1kg will be sent by courier depending on weight and should be with you in 3 - 5 days.
All our delivery dates are estimates and we cannot be held responsible for delays in deliveries caused by Royal Mail or any other courier we may use.
We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
We post orders Monday to Friday & orders placed after 3pm on Friday will be shipped the following working day. Please note in times of high demand shipping may take a little longer.
WE CURRENTLY DO NOT OFFER INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY
If your parcel doesn't arrive as soon as you hoped please allow 10 working days for UK orders before you contact us to allow sufficient time for postal delays to be cleared.
We hope you love your purchases from Small & Co. If however, you change your mind you have a right to cancel and return part or all of your order to us in the original condition within 14 days and we will provide you with a full refund, no questions asked!
In accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulation 2013 please download and complete this form and include it with your returns.

Please note that personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged as these are made specifically to your order.
Before sending your returns back please ensure that your items are in a resalable condition, that all products are unused and with the original packaging intact. For fabric and yarn, please keep items away from sources of smoke as we are unable to accept returns which smell of smoke. We are unable to accept returns of used goods and these will be returned to you at your own cost. We reserve the right to make a deduction from the refund if in the unlikely event the handling of the goods has dimished the value of the goods returned.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning goods to us and as we cannot be held responsible for returns that go missing in the post we recommend that all returns are sent recorded delivery.
Once we have received your return we will process your refund within five working days via Paypal.
Returning Damaged or Faulty Goods
We ensure each of our products is checked thoroughly prior to being dispatched, however, in the unlikely event you receive an item which is damaged or faulty we will cover the postage cost of returning the goods to us and provide you with a full refund or exchange. Prior to returning your goods please email us at [email protected] with a photo and description of the fault for your return to be authorised.
